I care about data being correct, not just close. Right now that means signing off on international flight cargo audits at dnata Catering UK. Next, I want to bring that same standard to a data analyst role.
I got into data because I'm obsessed with accuracy. Not roughly right, actually right. That fits perfectly with my current role at dnata Catering UK, where if I record a seal number wrong or miss a discrepancy on a loading list, that flight doesn't go. Working in a zero-error environment every day has sharpened how I approach any kind of data work.
Outside my day job I've built analytics projects end-to-end in SQL, Python, and Power BI, digging into sales performance, customer segmentation, and marketing spend efficiency. I like the moment where messy data becomes a clear answer, and I'm equally comfortable writing the queries as presenting the findings to stakeholders.
I'm based in London, holding CompTIA Data+, Google Data Analytics, and BCS Foundation in Business Analysis certifications, and actively looking for a Junior Data Analyst or Data Quality role.
Built to answer one question the business cares about: who's buying, and why? Wrote SQL to segment the customer base across demographics and spend behaviour, then built an interactive Power BI dashboard to make the answer clear.
Key Finding
One age group and profession accounted for 75% of total revenue. That's where the marketing budget should go.
Wanted to know which campaigns were worth the money and which were quietly burning budget. Built an Excel dashboard tracking ROAS, CPA, and spend efficiency across all channels.
Key Finding
One campaign running at 15.0x ROAS. The dashboard made the case for budget reallocation without a long report.
Started with a hunch that heavy discounting was hurting the business more than the numbers showed. Ran a full Python EDA to test it. The correlation came back stronger than expected.
Key Finding
-0.51 correlation between discount level and profit. Proposed a 20% discount cap as a concrete, data-backed fix.
Analysed customer churn patterns in a telecommunications company using Power BI. Focused on identifying the key factors driving customers to leave so the business could act on them before it was too late.
Goal
Surface the highest-risk customer segments and make the patterns visible to non-technical stakeholders.
Built a full end-to-end segmentation pipeline on 994 orders across 287 customers
using BigQuery SQL and Power BI. Applied NTILE(10) window
functions to score each customer on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value,
then mapped them into 8 actionable segments for targeted retention and growth strategy.
Key Outcome
Identified 8 distinct customer segments across 12 months of data, giving the business a clear, scored view of who to retain, reward, and re-engage.
